These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Big Five Manager mobile app and this marketing website. By using Big Five Manager, you agree to these Terms.
Using Big Five Manager
Big Five Manager is a personal organization tool for creating people records, saving notes, and tracking Big Five personality traits. You may use the app only if you can legally agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through your account.
Your content
You own the information you add to Big Five Manager. By using the app, you give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the people records, notes, ratings, and other content you create. Do not add content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, invasive of privacy, or that you do not have a legitimate reason to store.
If you store information about other people, use good judgment and respect their privacy.
Not professional advice
Big Five Manager is not a medical, psychological, diagnostic, hiring, legal, or professional decision-making tool.
Personality traits and notes in the app are informational and organizational only. Do not use the app as the sole basis for important decisions about health, employment, relationships, finance, or legal matters.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security measures, access data that is not yours, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use Big Five Manager to harass, profile, discriminate against, or harm others.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, or could harm other users, the service, or third parties.
Accounts, deletion, and availability
You may stop using Big Five Manager at any time. The app may provide tools to delete records or delete your account, and you can contact us if you need help with account-related requests.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.
Subscriptions and app stores
If Big Five Manager offers paid features, purchases may be handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider. Their payment, cancellation, and refund rules may apply in addition to these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app-store policy.
Intellectual property
Big Five Manager, including the app, website, design, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of the app or website. They give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Big Five Manager in accordance with these Terms.
Third-party services
Big Five Manager may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, security, app distribution, or other functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and policies may apply.
Disclaimers
Big Five Manager is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that personality notes, ratings, suggestions, or organizational information in the app will be complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Five Manager and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to make them visible, such as updating this page or notifying users through the app where appropriate.
If you continue using Big Five Manager after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
